Part 8 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 8 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency #8 – Cedric Liburd

Cedric Liburd was an accomplice when PM Douglas illegally changed the constituency boundaries in 2008.

In fact, Cedric Liburd was charged with contempt when PM Douglas breached the court injunction. Since the Attorney General is the legal office responsible for the Labour Government only Dennis Merchant was found guilty.

The worse part is that Cedric Liburd used his own Parliamentary Privilege and let Dennis Merchant take the blame. With Dennis convicted of contempt he could be disbarred. See note: PM Guilty of Contempt! PM Guilty of Contempt!

Cedric Liburd and PM Douglas put Dennis Merchant under the bus.

Cedric Liburd – YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Constituency #7 – Timothy Harris

Many say Dr. Timothy Harris is next to lead the Labour Party. Yet Dr. Timothy Harris only became the Minister of Finance in 2008. Before this PM Douglas was Minister of Finance for 13 years.

Timothy Harris has worked with PM Douglas just like - Rupert Herbert and Dwyer Astaphan. Yet Rupert Herbert has retired from politics and quietly distanced himself from Douglas. Dwyer Astaphan has come out and warned us about ‘Dictator’ Douglas.

Timothy Harris - Your motives are very suspicious. You watched PM Douglas lead our Country to debt for 13 years and said nothing. You said nothing for 13 years watched PM Douglas lead St.Kitts-Nevis to 3 Billion National Debt then allowed him to shift blame prior to the Elections with the appointment of a new Minister of Finance.

See note: Reshufle Cabinet, Reshuffle Questions

Timothy Harris– Your own colleagues want distance from PM Douglas and Dwyer Astaphan has called for Change

Timothy Harris is not fit to lead the Labour Party because he is afraid to speak out against wrong

Part 6 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 6 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency #6 – Prime Minister Denzil Douglas

In 2008 PM Douglas swapped Cabinet positions. See note: Reshuffle Cabinet, Reshuffle Questions

-PM Douglas as the Minister of Security announces that he takes no responsibility for crime. On August 11, 2009 Police Commissioner Austin Williams admittedto BBC Radio that PM Douglas had no plan
and failed to give the Police Force resources to fight crime.
-By December 31,2009 – A record high murder ratewith 27 murders in St. Kitts and Nevis

In 2009 PM Douglas illegallychanged the constituency boundaries
-PM Douglas breached the court injunction and made Dennis Merchant take the blame

-Courts declare null and void the Labour Government’s illegal action.
- Liar! Is what the Judge called PM Douglas. In fact, Justice Belle was clever to say Douglas is “a stranger to the truth”

In 2009 - Scandal on our Nation
- PM Douglas says his desire to give oral sex to another man - a President.

Part 5 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 5 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency #5 – Shawn Richards

Shawn Richards was elected in 2004 by the people of Sandy Point and became the only opposition member in Parliament from St. Kitts.

Since then Shawn Richards has shown that one man can make a difference.

In 2006 Shawn Richards spoke out against PM Douglas on some $40 million that was not accountedwhen the National Budget was presented to Parliament. We all remember that PM Douglasbegan to behave so badly because he could not answer the questions about the missing $40 million.

We were all reminded here that Shawn Richards is actually a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), when PM Douglas tried to hide $40 million
from the National Budget. Just 4 years after the $40 million went missing the Labour Government has led St Kitts-Nevis to reckless $3 Billion in National Debt.

In 2008 Shawn Richards ensured that Sandy Point was clean when the Labour Government failed the rest of St. Kitts. Mr. Richards managed to keep Sandy Point clean when PILES OF GARBAGE covered the streets of St. Kitts.
See note: Clean Up Minister Martin

In 2009 Shawn Richards made history and mounted a legal challenge when PM Douglas illegally changed the constituency boundaries of the Country. The Courts declared ‘null and void’ the Labour Government and said that PM Douglas is ‘a stranger to the truth’

-Shawn Richards has shown that one man can make a difference.

Part 4 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 4 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency #4 – Rupert Herbert OR Glenn ‘Ghost’ Phillip?

Rupert Herbert has now retired from politics. He is the second Minister in the Labour Government to distance himself from PM Douglas.
The only difference from Dwyer Astaphan is that Rupert Herbert is trying to do so quietly.

It is suspicious for Rupert Herbert to quietly distance himself from PM Douglas. In fact, Rupert Herbert spent 15 years with the same ‘dictator’ that Astaphan has warned us all about.

Tell us the truth Mr. Herbert - The real reason that you want distance from PM Douglas is therefore suspicious

Yet Douglas’ replacement –Glenn ‘Ghost’ Phillip – is cause for more suspicion

Glenn ‘Ghost’ Phillip: How can you run toward the same man that Rupert Herbert is running away from.

Mr. Phillip - Young people want to know why you are suddenly so close to the same ‘dictator’ that Astaphan has warned us about.

Mr. Phillip – What is ‘dictator’ Douglas holding over you.
Washie has already warned us that the Labour Government is led by ‘vagabonds.’

For this reason, Douglas’ replacement –Glenn ‘Ghost’ Phillip – is cause for more suspicion

Part 3 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 3 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency # 3 - Sam Condor

The Labour Government has never lost the seat of West Basseterre. Perhaps this is the reason that the Deputy PM Sam Condor attacks the local media
and says that thousands of people are ‘semi-literate’for listening to WinnFM.

Mr. Condor - as Minister of Education this means that you would have failed.

Mr. Condor your words are distasteful. Yet Minister Condor they are also deceptive as you attempt to stop the independent media from reporting on the failures of the Labour Government.

Mr. Condor we will not be fed Government propaganda
simply because you call us ‘semi-literate’. We will continue to follow the news reports of independent media because we have seen that the Labour Government will not tell us the truth.

Minster Condor: Explain instead why respected teachers like Mr. Washington Archibald have spoken out against the Labour Government. Mr. Condor explain why Washie has warned us that the Labour Government is led by ‘vagabonds.’

Mr. Condor - Washie is not ‘semi-literate’, Mr. Archibald has been a teacher to many of us, as well as man of our parents. Washie is the same teacher that this Labour Government recognized by renaming Basseterre Junior High School.

Minister of Education Condor - You need to explain why three former teachers now run to change your Labour Governmentin the January 25, 2010 Elections – Mr. Glenroy Blanchette in Constituency # 1, Mr. Ronald Williams in Constituency #7 – and finally, Mr. Bernard Welsh will contest the seat that you Mr. Condor have never lost.

Mr. Condor - Rather than call us ‘semi-literate’ please explain as Minister of Education why so many teachers are unhappy in the education system.

Part 2 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Part 2 - We Watch We Listen - We Vote

Constituency #2 – Dwyer Astaphan OR Marcella Liburd

Dwyer Astaphan has spoken out against the Labour Government. After 15 years, Dwyer Astaphan has told the Nation that PM Douglas is a ‘dictator’.

Since then Dwyer Astaphan resigned from the Labour Government and has called for Douglas to step down.

In his own words, Dwyer Astaphan says that he cannot be a ‘whipping boy’ for Douglas and therefore has chosen to speak out when others
in the Labour Government are afraid to tell the truth.

This is why Dwyer Astaphan has refused to endorse Marcella Liburd. For it was PM Douglas that first appointed Marcella Liburd as a Senator, then the Speaker of the House. According to Dwyer Astaphan - all this means is that Marcella Liburd is just a good ‘whipping boy’ for Douglas.

This means that Marcella Liburd will not stand up and say “PM Douglas you are wrong”, Instead, Dwyer Astaphan has warned us that Marcella Liburd will only be another yes-man to the ‘Dictator’ Douglas.

Haile Selassie said it best, “Throughout history, it has been the indifference of those who should have known better… that has made it possible for evil to triumph.”
-We see here Dwyer Astaphan refuses to endorse Marcella Liburd.
